  • Disney DVD Box Set



    Do NOT buy from this company. I had the hardest time getting my order of the Disney DVD set and when I finally got it, more than half of the DVD's (not kidding) don't work. Many DVD's aren't the right movie and many of the DVD's that work don't have a very good picture to them. I have e-mailed the company from their website and from my personal e-mail and I can't get them to contact me back with help.   • faulty product



    Over three months ago I purchased a dvd several series box set from tvmegastore.com. After over 6 weeks of delivery time during which most of my inquiring emails were ignored I recieved my dvds. They do not work. They skip, stutter, some won't play at all. On the very first day I recieved my delivery I attempted to contact the company. I have recieved no reply, since then I have sent over 15 emails, with no reply. I spent a rather large amount of money for a useless item and as far as I can tell tvmegastore.com could care less.   • Not worth it



    I wish i had read any of these reviews before making a pretty large order from these people. They may seem secure and above board, but i've yet to see my purchase from two or three months ago. i've been told a month ago they were shipped, and should reach me in 8-10 days, and I am still waiting. JUST DON"T DO IT! They won't reply to emails and I can no longer log onto my account to check the progress, or see the detailed invoice.   • RIPPED ME OFF!



    I ordered a complete set of Star Trek DVD series. I received the wrong product about a month later. When I emailed them, they said they would look into it. Never heard from them again dispite many numberous attempts. The # that was posted on the website was disconnected & later removed from the site. They took my money & all I got was something I didn't want & isn't even worth 30% of what I paid. If they would read this, I would like my money refunded. More...

  • Beware Region Coding Rip Off



    I ordered a couple of sets of DVDs from this business. Their site has extremely low prices (first red flag), but it promises that all their DVDs play on Region 1 sets (USA coding). One of the sets they sent me does not play on Region 1 sets. The package came from China (second red flag, not able to read return address). When I emailed about returning the DVDs for refund they gave me a runaround, tried to claim the fault lay in my less-than-6-month-old DVD player that works with every other DVD I've put in it, and generally tried to ignore me.
